Refund policy

At Zarbaft, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a product with a genuine issue, we are happy to assist.
Exchange Eligibility
You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- You received the wrong size (subject to stock availability).
To qualify:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- Original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Proof of purchase and clear photos of the product must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Products without original tags or packaging.
- Items requested for exchange after 7 days.
- Products purchased during clearance or special sale promotions (unless defective).
Refunds
As Zarbaft currently operates on Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are only provided if:
- The ordered product is unavailable after payment has been collected.
- We are unable to provide a replacement for a defective or incorrect item.
Approved refunds will be processed through a mutually agreed payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchange Process
To request an exchange:
- Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
- Our team will review your request.
- If approved, exchange instructions will be shared.
Color Variation
Minor color differences due to photography, lighting, or screen settings are considered normal and do not qualify for exchange or refund.
Size Selection
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size using the provided size chart. Exchanges for size are subject to product availability.
